Athletes can create an anonymous display name that is visible to counselors during conversations. Your real identity is never disclosed to counselors without your explicit consent.
2.3 Communication Data
We store messages exchanged between athletes and counselors in encrypted format. This includes:
- Message content (encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Timestamps
- Conversation status (active, resolved, flagged)
2.4 Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information:
- IP addresses (for security and fraud prevention)

4.2 Within Your University
Information sharing within your university is strictly limited:
- Counselors: See only anonymous display names and conversation content
- University Administrators: Can view user lists and aggregate usage statistics but cannot access conversation content or link athletes to their conversations
- Platform Administrators: Have technical access for system maintenance but cannot view unencrypted message content
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law:
- In response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order)
- To protect the safety of individuals or the public
- To report suspected child abuse or neglect as required by law
- To prevent imminent harm or criminal activity
4.4 Service Providers

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access our platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
