Built by athletes who needed this platform and couldn't find it.
VoiceUp Athletics was born from personal experience. Three Ashland University softball players watched their team fall apart—not because of anything happening on the field, but because of what was happening off it. There was a situation on their team that caused real harm, and there was no safe, anonymous way to report it or get help without fear of retaliation, losing playing time, or being labeled a problem.
They knew that if a platform like VoiceUp Athletics had existed, it would have given them and their teammates a way out. A way to speak up, get support, and hold people accountable—without sacrificing their athletic career or their anonymity.
So they built it. VoiceUp Athletics exists because three athletes lived through a situation where speaking up felt impossible. We exist to make sure no athlete ever has to feel that way again.
We protect athlete privacy through complete anonymity and industry-leading security practices.
Every decision we make prioritizes the well-being and safety of student-athletes.
We maintain the highest standards in compliance technology and data protection.
Our founders are former college athletes who experienced firsthand why this platform needed to exist.
Athletes can report misconduct without fear of retaliation, losing playing time, or being identified.
Built around NCAA compliance workflows, with immutable audit logs and structured reporting processes.
We didn't build this to fill a market gap. We built it because we needed it and it didn't exist.
If you're a university or athletic department looking to protect your athletes, we'd love to connect.
